Refund policy

I want you to be delighted with your jewelry, but I understand sometimes a return is necessary.

Return Window

  • Domestic (U.S.): Within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

  • International: Within 14 days of delivery confirmation. Please note that delivery confirmation reflects the date your package was delivered to your address, not the date it cleared customs.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.

  • Items must be securely packed for return and include any original gift packaging.

Authorization Required

  • All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact me through my Contact Page before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized pieces

Return Shipping

Domestic:

  • I provide a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Restocking & Processing Fees: To support the sustainability of my small artisan studio, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated based on the item's purchase price. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing fees, original shipping supplies (such as mailers, specialized padding, and gift packaging), and the time required for a thorough quality inspection. This amount will be deducted from your refund amount.

International:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please contact me through the Contact Page before shipping anything back so we can coordinate the return process together.

  • International return shipping costs vary by country and carrier and will be confirmed at the time your return is authorized.

  • Restocking & Processing Fees: To support the sustainability of my small artisan studio, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated based on the item's purchase price. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in the same currency and to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the cost of the return shipping label and the 10% restocking fee. 

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the returned funds once your return has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be unworn and in original resale condition.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me through my Contact Page within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Before reaching out, please photograph both the damaged packaging and the damaged item thoroughly — these photos are required to process your claim and arrange a resolution.

Please note that restocking fees do not apply to returns resulting from damaged or incorrect orders.

Domestic:

  • Once I receive your photos and confirm the issue, I will provide a free prepaid return label at no cost to you. 

International:

  • If your order arrives damaged: Please retain all original packaging along with your photos, as these will be required for the insurance claim. Return shipping will be covered in full. A full refund will be issued once the claim is processed.
  • If your order is lost in transit: Please contact me within 14 days of your expected delivery date through the Contact Page. All international shipments are fully insured to their declared value and I will initiate a claim on your behalf. A full refund will be issued once the claim is processed.

Refused & Abandoned Packages

If an international package is refused at delivery or abandoned at customs, the financial terms governing that return are outlined in my Shipping Policy. Please note that refunds for refused packages are subject to deductions for all outbound and return shipping costs and will only be issued upon safe return of the package to my studio in original condition.
